This project was built for an active family who love to swim and entertain. The design emphasizes long sightlines throughout the property to create destinations and the feeling of depth. The large pool and integral spa have dedicated lounging areas and up-lit Tucci umbrellas for drama at night. A path through formal hedged beds leads to a fireplace with side sofas and sunburst travertine sliver design. An outdoor kitchen is located right off home kitchen for ease in entertaining. The property is surrounded by large trees, which are up-lit for borrowed scenery. The paving is travertine set in running bond and adds to the overall elegant and formal feel of the landscape.
